Gkatzas Fades the River to Double Up
Artem Kobylynskyi raised to 200,000 from the cutoff, and Dimitrios Gkatzas defended his big blind.
After it checked to Kobylynskyi on the A♥2♠K♦ flop, he bet 150,000 and was met by a check-raise to 350,000 by Gkatzas. Kobylynskyi made the call to see a turn.
The 10♣ fell on the turn, and Gkatzas jammed for 880,000. The shove was for almost half of Kobylynskyi's stack, and after using a few of his time banks, Kobylynskyi made the call to try and bust Gkatzas.

Gkatzas had flopped aces-up and was ahead of Kobylynskyi's top pair. Kobylynskyi needed a nine on the river to win the pot outright, and a ten or a king to chop the pot.
The Q♣ peeled off to complete the board, and Gkatzas doubled up, while Kobylynskyi was left with just over ten big blinds.
