Gerald Karlic raised to 1,100,000 with the A♦K♠ on the button, and Daniel Pidun called out of the big blind with the Q♦4♦. The Q♥6♦3♦ flop saw Pidun check-raise from 700,000 to 2,050,000, and Karlic called.
Pidun then bet the 2♥ turn for 4,000,000 for Karlic to call with his ace-king high. That led them to the 4♣ river on which Pidun improved to two pair. He moved all in for 13,000,000, and Karlic tank-called to see his lead slip away once again.
