Klabisch Didn't Know If He Was Bluffing
Level 26
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Dorian Melchers opened from middle position and Mariusz Klabisch called in the big blind.
On the 8♦5♥4♥ flop, Klabisch check-called a bet of 140,000 from Melchers to the A♣ turn, where again he check-called for 300,000.
When the 5♠ hit the river, Klabisch led for 300,000, which sent Melchers into the tank. Three time banks later, Melchers called.
Klabisch then revealed a pair of tens with 10♦10♣, and that was good for the pot as Melchers mucked.
"I thought you were bluffing," said Melchers.
"He doesn't even know if he was," joked another player at the table.
"I don't even know," replied Klabisch.
