Just 123 Return for Day 2 of Event #3: €1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 8-Max
The 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Europe is rolling on at King’s Resort, Rozvadov, and the third bracelet event of the series comes into focus. Event #3: €1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 8-Max attracted a total of 811 entries across four opening flights, with 123 players returning to the felt today for Day 2.
Leading the way into Day 2 is Denis Gergoc of Switzerland, who bagged 847,000 and is the only player to have breached the eight-hundred-thousand chip mark. Close behind is Israel’s Tzuriel Damari with 640,000, while Andria Gogelidze of Georgia rounds out the top three with 639,000. Bracelet winner Rifat Palevic also secured a place inside the top five after ending his opening flight with 635,000.

Notable players advancing to Day 2 include Bjorn Verbakel (613,500) and Hokyiu Lee (447,000), who captured a PLO bracelet at the 2023 WSOPE. Also returning are Tobias Peters (268,000), Manig Loeser (219,000), and Javier Francort (207,500), who will be multi-tabling as he also finds himself on the final day of another bracelet event running at the same time. Others still in the mix include Renji Mao (187,000), Michal Schuh (141,000), Christopher Campisano (106,000), Thierry van den Berg (105,500), and Sebastian Langrock (52,500).
Play resumes at 2 p.m. with 12 minutes remaining in Level 14, where blinds are 1,500/3,000 with a big blind ante of 3,000. Everyone returning is already guaranteed a payout, with the official prize pool and full payouts to be announced before cards are in the air. Today is the penultimate day with the official champion set to be crowned tomorrow.
