Wang's Flopped Flush Leaves Naim on Fumes

Level 35 : Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
Yuhan Wang
Yuhan Wang

Gal Naim raised the button to 1,600,000 and Yuhan Wang defended his big blind.

Both players checked the K32 flop to see a 10 hit the turn. Wang checked again, and Naim bet 1,100,000. Wnag tanked for a while, then decided to check-raise to 3,700,000. Naim wasn't going anywhere as he continued in the form of a call.

When the 6 completed the board, Wang meticulously gathered together a bet of 12,000,000, which Naim quickly called.

Wang revealed the nut flush with A8 to win the huge pot and leave Naim, who had rivered a set of sixes with 66, as the table short-stack.

Koleno Gets More

Level 35 : Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

Gal Naim limped the button with 108 and Stanislav Koleno checked his option from the big blind holding 86.

Both checked the 5KK flop to the 9 turn, where Naim bet 800,000. Koleno was having none of it and raised to 2,700,000, which got Naim to quickly fold.

Wang's Ace-High Holds to Earn Him a Double-Up

Level 35 : Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
Yuhan Wang
Yuhan Wang

Yuhan Wang raised to 1,600,000 from the button and Christophe Vincent three-bet jammed from the small blind for 21,025,000. Once the big blind folded, Wang called for his stack of 9,325,000.

Yuhan Wang: AQ All in
Christophe Vincent: J10

Vincent made a move with jack-ten and Wang held the best hand for now with ace-queen. Wang needed a safe runout to double through Vincent.

Neither player was able to improve on the 525K9 runout, which meant Wang doubled up to 20,000,000, while Vincent was down to just under 12,000,000.

Gal Naim: AK

Zappala was flipping for his tournament life, and didn't get off to the best start as Naim paired his king on the K55 flop. No jacks appeared on the 106 runout, and Zappala was out in fifth.

Level 35 : Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
Besnik Aruqi
Besnik Aruqi

Besnik Aruqi jammed from under the gun for 6,850,000 and Christophe Vincent made the call to try and bust him from the small blind.

Besnik Aruqi: QJ All in
Christophe Vincent: A4

Vincent was slightly ahead with ace-high, but Aruqi had two live cards working for him.

A flop of 558 came down, keeping Vincent in the lead. The 9 turn gave Aruqi a straight draw, but the 7 river was a brick. Vincent's ace-high won the pot, and Aruqi was sent to the exit in sixth place.

Koleno Gets Paid by Naim

Level 34 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Stanislav Koleno
Stanislav Koleno

Gal Naim opened the button with 105 to 1,200,000 and Stanislav Koleno defended J10 from the big blind.

They saw a flop of 5Q8, where Koleno check-called a bet of 1,350,000 from Naim to the 9 turn. With the nuts, Koleno led for 3,700,000, and Naim called after some time thinking.

A 3 on the turn saw Koleno play a time bank before he slid out a bet of 11,000,000. Naim used some extra time with his pair of fives and was a non-believer as he eventually made the call.

Koleno then showed his straight, and Naim watched the huge pot go away from him.

Koleno and Zappala Chop

Level 34 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Francesco Zappala Stanislav Koleno
Francesco Zappala Stanislav Koleno

Stanislav Koleno shoved the button and Francesco Zappala called off his stack of 11,025,000 in the small blind.

Francesco Zappala: 55 All in
Stanislav Koleno: QJ

Zappala needed to hold with his pocket fives to remain in contention, and had to fade more outs after the 1066 flop. An A turn gave Koleno more outs with a straight draw and a chop possibility with a river ten.

That chop did come in as the 10 filled out the board, and the hand ended honors even.

Koleno check-called Naim's bet of 900,000 on the Q9A flop.

The 6 turn checked through for the 9 to complete the board. Koleno bet 3,000,000, which was enough to earn a fold from Naim.
