Wang Smacks the River to Leave Wojciechowski on Fumes; Stamatis Hits a Two-Outer to Stun Kotowicz

Level 26 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Pawel Wojciechowski raised to 200,000 in the cutoff, Yuhan Wang moved all in for 1,900,000 in the big blind, and Wojciechowski called.

Yuhan Wang: A10 All in
Pawel Wojciechowski: AK

Wang was dominated and at risk as the flop came 68J. The 6 turn left him a card from elimination, but he spiked the 10 on the river. "What the f**k!" he yelled out after earning the fortunate double up, leaving Wojciechowski nursing an extreme short stack.

At the same time at another table, Sebastian Kotowicz and Alkiviadis Stamatis had all their chips in the middle, with Kotowicz at risk for 2,700,000 in the small blind while Stamatis went for the knockout on the button.

Sebastian Kotowicz: AK All in
Alkiviadis Stamatis: 88

It was a massive flip with more than 5,000,000 at stake, and Kotowicz took the lead on the JKA flop with two pair. The turn was the 3, but Stamatis spiked the 8 on the river to make a set and send Kotowicz shaking his head on the way to the payout desk.
