Pedersen then raised to 400,000 the following hand, but folded when Punnat Punsri raised to 2,000,000 from the next seat over.

Aliaksei Boika made it 400,000 from the cutoff and Pedersen defended his big blind. On the 5♥3♠2♦ flop, Pedersen led out for 200,000 and was called. The chip leader sized up to 1,600,000 on the 10♦ turn, and folded out Boika.

One hand later, Watson raised to 1,400,000 in the hijack, leaving himself around 400,000 behind. Action folded to Zackary Estes in the big blind, who moved all in, and Watson made the call for his tournament life.

Mario Diaz Quilez kicked things off under the gun with a raise to 300,000 and picked up two callers, Miroslav Alilovic in the cutoff and Jake Greenbaum on the button. Aliaksei Boika was in the big blind and announced all in for 3,050,000. Quilez and Alilovic folded, but Greenbaum made the call, sending the cards on their backs.

Boika was ahead with queens, and the board ran out 5♦K♣J♠J♥Q♦, giving him a full house and leaving Greenbaum on just 75,000.

In the very next hand, Christian Pedersen kicked things off in early position with a raise to 300,000. Alilovic in the hijack made the call, Greenbaum moved all in for his last 75,000, and Quilez also called in the big blind.

All players checked through to the river on a board of K♥Q♣9♠2♥10♠, and with no further action, it went to showdown. Quilez showed 7♠6♣, Alilovic 4♥4♠, and Greenbaum A♥2♦ for his tournament life, but Pedersen tabled K♠10♦ for two pair, enough to scoop the pot and send Greenbaum to the rail.
