Konishi check-called for 4,400,000 on the A♦Q♥10♠ flop, before the 10♥ turn checked through to the K♥ river.
Konishi checked for a third time, and Kudzmanas followed suit to win at showdown.
After Marius Kudzmanas scooped another small pot, it was Akihiro Konishi's turn to raise to 2,500,000 from the button with J♠7♣.
Kudzmanas called with J♦8♦ and they saw a flop of K♥2♦K♠. Konishi bet 1,500,000 and Kudzmanas check-called. He then check-called again for 4,500,000 on the J♥ turn.
The river card was the 4♣ and Konishi fired a third barrel for 8,500,000. Kudzmanas threw a chip to call and won the pot to be back in the lead.
Once again, Marius Kudzmanas on the button opened to 2,400,000 with Q♥J♦ and Akihiro Konishi defended with K♣5♦.

Kudzmanas fired a second barrel to 7,000,000 on the A♦ turn. It took a few seconds for Konishi to check-fold.

The dealer fanned a flop of 4♦5♣K♦ that Konishi checked. Kudzmanas bet 2,400,000 but Konishi check-raised to 7,500,000. Kudzmanas made the call.
The A♠ turn was checked by both players but Konishi bet 4,800,000 on the 5♦ river. Kudzmanas however raised to 26,000,000 with 8♦3♦ for a flush and Konishi folded his 7♣6♥.
After Akihiro Konishi limped from the button with 6♥5♣, Marius Kudzmanas in the big blind raised to 5,500,000 with 10♦2♥. Konishi completed and called Kudzmanas' continuation bet to 3,400,000 on 7♦A♠4♥.
Kudzmanas fired a second barrel to 11,000,000 on the 6♣ turn and was called again to find the 8♠ river.
Kudzmanas checked and Konishi bet 11,000,000 with his straight. He immediately made Kudzmanas fold.
After the traditional photos were taken, Akihiro Konishi and Marius Kudzmanas returned to their seats to play for the WSOP gold bracelet and the €2,000,000 top prize.
With 97,800,000 chips, Konishi holds the lead with nearly a 2:1 advantage over Kudzmanas (59,100,000).
Chris Hunichen moved all in for his last 9,000,000 from the small blind and Akihiro Konishi called from the big blind.

Kudzmanas bet 1,800,000 on the 3♠ turn and was called, but checked the 5♠ river with A♥7♣. Hunichen checked back with 9♠3♦ and scooped the pot.
