Three-way on a flop of J♦A♠J♠, Martin Hellmuth in the hijack bet 1,500 and was called by Erik Avlastimov on the button while the big blind folded.
Hellmuth bet an even smaller 1,200 on the 6♥ turn and was called, then asked for 3,200 on the 4♠ river. Avlastimov called and Hellmuth immediately mucked his cards, keeping only 500 behind.
He moved all-in in the next hand and managed to double up against Avlastimov to be back at 2,500.
