As Egor Sukhov nears the million-chip mark, action at the next table saw Oleksii Kovalchuk raise to 8,000 from the button, with Marcel Grubinger defending his big blind.

Kovalchuk continued for 7,000 on the 104Q flop, and fired a second barrel to 17,000 on the A turn. Grubinger check-called both times.

Grubinger checked the 9 river. Kovalchuk quickly checked back but lost to Grubinger's nut flush with K2.

Mzareulov folded but Vaitiekunas snap-called as the slighly bigger stack.
