Michael Rocco completed the small blind, Louis Salter raised and Rocco called. Rocco led out for 100,000 on the 
flop, Salter raised to 300,000, Rocco four-bet to 600,000 and Salter made the call.
After both players checked the 
turn and Rocco checked again on the 
river, Salter slid out a big river bet of 750,000, which sent Rocco into the tank. He eventually folded after about two minutes.
