Dyer on a Heater

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Michael Dyer
Michael Dyer

The action folded to Michael Dyer on the button who opened for 120,000 and only Zachary Donovan made the call in the small blind.

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} and both players checked their options to the {5-Diamonds} turn. Donovan checked again and Dyer tossed out a bet of 90,000, which Donovan quickly called.

On the {9-Diamonds} river Donovan checked a third time and Dyer elected on a size of 360,000. Donovan took some time, but in the end slid forward chips to make the call.

Dyer tabled {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} for the ace-high flush and scored another sizable pot when Donovan mucked his hand.

Esposito Slips Some More

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Andrew Esposito raised to 125,000 on the button and was called by Jacob Powers and Alex Condon in the blinds. The flop fell {a-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and the action checked to Esposito who continued with a bet of 175,000. Powers instantly threw in a raise to 400,000 and both Condon and Esposito folded.

On the next hand, Esposito opened to 125,000 again and Pedro Ingles just called from the big blind. The flop came {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Ingles check-called a bet of 125,000 from Esposito.

The turn brought the {10-Diamonds} and Ingles checked again. Esposito counted out a bet of 350,000 and Ingles stuck around for the {9-Hearts} on the river. Both players tapped the table and Ingles showed {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} to scoop the pot.

Powers Shoves on Sued

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Kharlin Sued opened to 160,000 in middle position and picked up calls from Andrew Esposito on the button and Jacob Powers in the small blind.

Powers once again threw in a bet of 100,000 before the flop of {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades} was revealed. Sued raised to 350,000 which got Esposito out of the hand but Powers instantly moved all in for 2,305,000.

Sued asked for a count and deliberated for a couple of minutes before Mark Zajdner called the clock. Sued dispatched his cards and Powers flashed his {a-Spades}{j-Spades}.

"It was either that or an eight," Sued said as he sat back down in his seat.

Esposito then went on to dissect the hand and what Powers could have had while Sued and Zajdner argued about the clock being called.
