2025 Wynn Summer Classic
Three winners were crowned on Saturday at the Wynn Summer Classic, including a historic win for Dusti Smith in the $3,000 Ladies High Roller.
There were also Limit Hold'em and Turbo No-Limit Hold'em crowns to be won, so let's get started and have a look at all the action over at the Wynn.
Smith Wins $61,335 in Ladies High Roller
The $3,000 Ladies High Roller drew 76 entries, generating a prize pool of $206,720. Fourteen players returned for Day 2 on Saturday, June 7, to compete for the top prize of $61,335.
The title went to Dusti Smith, who entered the final day as chip leader and continued her strong run by defeating Xinyi Hong heads-up for the win. Smith, wasted no time hopping into this event, after recently finishing runner up in Event #17: $2,000 No-Limit Holdem at the World Series of Poker.
Other notable players advancing to Day 2 included Victoria Livschitz, Maria Lampropulos, Sinead Davenport, and Xuan Liu—who recently made history as the first woman to win a Triton Poker Series title in Montenegro.

Zeze Wins $1,100 Limit Hold'em
There was more female poker success in the $1,100 Limit Hold'em as Chantelle Zeze came out on top of a 53-player field to win after a heads-up deal with eventual runner-up Sovann Pen.
According to The Hendon Mob, this is only Zeze's third career cash, but she takes home $14,095 for her efforts.

Hernandez Makes Quick Work of $1,100 Turbo
There was victory for Spaniard Juan Hernandez over a 109-player field in the $1,100 NLH Turbo. Hernandez already had two cashes at this year's Wynn Summer Classic for just over $4,000 combined, but now takes home $30,177 for his efforts.
He defeated Daniel Maor heads-up, who would have to settle for $19,023. Maor, a former bracelet-winner, took down the BetMGM Poker Championship in 2024.
Meanwhile, David Stefanski finished 13th for $2,434, just days after taking down the $1.5m GTD $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em

Twenty Advance from $1,600 NLH PKO Day 1a
Day 1a of the $1,600 NLH PKO was an international affair, with eight different nationalities represented inside the top 10, including only two Americans.
Leading the 20 survivors from a field of 162 is Julian Pineda, who is the only player over a million chips. This year, Pineda became only the seventh Colombian to cash for over $1,000,000, and there is clear water between him and Yang Lu (700,000).

What's Up on Sunday?
Today sees the second starting flight in the $1,600 NLH PKO event which gets underway at 12 p.m., with a $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo starting at 6 p.m.
Sunday (June 8), was a fun day at the 2025 Wynn Summer Classic with just two events rolling out.
The $1,600 No Limit Hold’em Progressive Bounty (PKO) went in for another Day 1 flight with Day 1B.
Meanwhile, another $1,100 No Limit Hold'em Turbo played out from the first shuffle up and deal to the final read ’em and weep.
Players Enjoy Overlay In $1,600 NLH PKO After Day 1B
The field that gathered for Day 1B of the $1,600 No Limit Hold’em Progressive Bounty (PKO) had the Day 1A chip leader Julian Pineda Lozano to beat.
Pineda bagged a stack of 1,001,000 in chips after coming out at the top of 20 survivors from a field of 162.
Day 1B mixed things up a bit, adding 155 entries to the field (for a total of 317 players). The turnout did not quite bring the prize pool up to the guarantee of $500,000. As a result, every player who entered the event will enjoy some added value, courtesy of the Wynn's treasure vaults.
At the end of Day 1B, there were 19 survivors, led by Uri Kadosh with 993,000 in chips.
Kadosh goes into Day 2 with the second-biggest stack overall. He replaced the previous number two player, Yang Lu. Lu is now in third with a nice round stack of 700,000.
The remaining field of 39 players will return later today to play down to a winner.
Some returning notables include Olga Iermolcheva (99,000), Jeff Gross (198,000), and Ian Bradley (515,000).

Depersio Wins $1,100 No Limit Hold'em Turbo For $27,242
The $1,100 No Limit Hold’em Turbo has been the backbone of the Wynn Summer Classic’s schedule so far. This is the sixth such event, and there are more coming up.
John Depersio joined the list of $1.1k winners after beating Danilo Ragasa heads up.
The event brought in 117 players, generating a prize pool of $114,075 and a top prize for Depersio of $27,242.
Ragasa won $24,000 for second place.

After a busy weekend, today will be relatively straightforward.
At 11:00 a.m., the $10,000 Seniors NLH High Roller 50+ kicks off.
This will be the first of three days of play for this event.
Late registration is available during all of today's play and well into Day 2 of the event.
At the same time, 11:00 a.m., the $2,500,000 guaranteed $1,600 No Limit Hold’em event will start. Late registration runs until around 3:30 p.m.
There will also be a turbo Day 1B flight for this event starting at 6:00 p.m., with late reg until 10:30 p.m.
Also, at midday, Day 2 of the $1,600 NLH PKO event will be back to play down to a winner.

The $1,600 No Limit Hold'em ($2.5m GTD) fit two Day 1 flights in, completing Day 1A and Day 1B in quick succession.
Meanwhile, the three-day $10,000 Seniors NLH High Roller 50+ ($500k GTD) kicked off and the $1,600 NLH Progressive Bounty (PKO) ($500k GTD) played down to a winner.
Erik Seidel Bags A Stack In $10k Seniors High Roller
The Seniors NLH High Roller 50+ is the highest buy in of the series so far with its entry fee of $10,000. The event is only open to those aged 50 years and up, and is scheduled to last for three days, with a guaranteed prize pool of $500,000.
After yesterday's Day 1 flight, Martin Raus leads the field with 297,500 in chips.
Michael Vela is close behind in second with 246,000 in his stack and several other notables filled a bag at the end of the day. These notables include poker legend Erik Seidel (82,000) and high roller regular Qing Liu (117,000).
After the first day of action, the tourney's 87 entries have put the current prize pool at $826,500. However, late registration does not end until Day 2, so those numbers can still tick up before they are finalized.

Andres Loiv Takes Down The $1,600 PKO Event
From a total of 317 entries, 39 survivors returned for Day 2 of the $1,600 NLH Progressive Bounty (PKO) ($500k GTD). After tough day of action, Andres Loiv emerged victorious, earning a Wynn Summer Classic trophy for his troubles.
From the total prize pool of $500,000 (the event failed to hit the guarantee, resulting in a small overlay), Loiv earned $58,020. This does not include the additional $60,000 in bounties he won for a total payout of $118,020.
Nikolaus Angelou Konstas earned the same prize before bounties($58,020) for second place.

Yesterday saw the $1,600 No Limit Hold'em ($2.5m GTD) event bring in 368 entries across two Day 1 flights.
From those 368 entries, just 46 players found a bag for Day 2. Craig Mason currently leads those 46 survivors with 926,000 in chips.
Evan Sandberg is in second with 718,000 in chips.
With four more flights to go (including a turbo flight on June 11), there is still everything to play for in this $2,500,000 guaranteed event.

What's Coming Up Today?
The $1,600 No Limit Hold'em ($2.5m GTD) is back for rounds three and four today. The morning’s Day 1C flight starts at 11:00 a.m. with 30-minute blind levels to start and 40-minute blind levels later in the tourney.
Late registration will be available until around 3:30 p.m.
For any night owls, (or any early birds who failed to bag in Day 1C), there will be an evening flight as well. Day 1D starts at 6:00 p.m. with late registration until around 10:30 p.m.
Day 2 of the $10,000 Seniors event also starts at 11:00 a.m. with late registration open for the first two blind levels and expected to close around 1:15 p.m. as a result.
