The penultimate day of the Wynn Summer Classic at the Wynn Las Vegas fell on July 13.
The day saw action in two events, both of them smaller no-limit hold’em events.

Michael Mizrahi Wins $600 No Limit Hold'em Event
The $600 No Limit Hold'em ($50k GTD) is the little brother of the stalwart $1,100 NLH events that have run on the majority of days at the Wynn Summer Classic.
In this case, a smaller buy in meant a smaller event with just 137 entries, a turnout that put $70,555 in the prize pool.
Michael Mizrahi won this event, earning$19,049 to go with his first-place prize. To get there, Mizrahi had to get past Rodruigo Cella during heads up play. The pair battled it out for the trophy, but Mizrahi prevailed.
Cella took home $11,762 for second place, with Michael Abreu rounding out the podium positions and earning himself $8,220.

Roberto Damelian Earns $26,661 For Victory in $600 NLH Turbo ($50k GTD) Headline Winner
The other event of the day was the $600 No Limit Hold'em Turbo ($50k GTD). More or less the same as the previous event but with shorter blind levels and faster action.
A total of 253 players bought into the tournament, putting $130,295 in the prize pool. This meant that when Roberto Damelian and Idianlei Zhang were battling heads up, there was a first-place prize of $26,661 at stake.
Damelian ultimately prevailed, collecting the first-place prize and a Wynn Summer Classic trophy.
Riley Dieckhoff came third, earning $13,839.

What's Happening On July 14?
And so we come to the final chapter of this year's Wynn Summer Classic.
Today will be the last day of action, and to play the festival off the stage, the Wynn is running two final events.
The $600 No Limit Hold'em ($50k GTD) starts at midday. This event has 30-minute blind levels, 30,000 starting stacks, and late registration until 4:30 p.m.
Then at 6 p.m., final shuffle up and deal of the festival will be called to start the $600 No Limit Hold'em Turbo ($50k GTD).
This event also has 30,000 starting stacks, but comes with 20-minute blind levels. Late registration will close at around 9 p.m., when level nine of the event is due to start.
