As the field is dwindling down close to the money bubble, that hasn't stopped some of the bigger stacks from being eliminated recently. At one table, Cole Ferraro and Jesse Lonis got all of their chips in the middle preflop with Ryan Ross being forced out in the middle.
Lonis flipped over pocket sixes and found himself in a coin flip against the ace-king of Ferraro. A clean board for Lonis sent Ferraro to the rail and Ross mentioned after the hand that he also had ace-king but avoided any confrontation.
Next door, Chino Rheem was also eliminated just short of the money at the hands of Gregory Rankich who is the chip leader. Rankich added to his stack and is now sitting with over 1,700,000 chips.
