Scott Ball Leads After Day 1a in Wynn Millions Championship Event
Accomplished high-stakes poker pro Scott Ball bagged the biggest stack on Day 1a of the $3,500 buy-in Wynn Millions Championship.
The tournament is off to a strong start, with 187 players entering the first of three Day 1 starting flights. The prize pool is up to $593,725, nearly 30% of the $2 million guarantee already being hit with the expected two biggest sessions still to come, starting with Day 1b at noon on Friday from Wynn Las Vegas.
Ball wrapped his opening session with 553,500 chips, a decent amount more than Rex Jensen, who is in second place with 345,000. Tyler Patterson bagged the third-largest stack at 297,500.
