Nadya Magnus Leads Heading to Day 3 in Wynn Millions Championship Event
Day 2 of the $3,500 Wynn Millions Championship event began with big name pros Scott Ball and Calvin Anderson leading the way. Neither player advanced to Day 3, which begins at noon on Monday from inside Wynn Las Vegas.
Although some top pros were unable to find a bag, many other high-profile players are still in the hunt. That includes Nadya Magnus, once a PokerStars Big Game "Loose Cannon," and now a respected grinder who has a strong preseence on social media.
Magnus, who bagged 2,590,000 chips, is one of 44 of the original 694 players still standing. Her lead over Ernest Bush (2,330,000) is small. Jesse Lonis, one of the top high-stakes tournament players in the world, also bagged a big stack at 1,470,000 chips.
