Here's What's Happening at the Wynn Summer Classic Today
We're getting into full swing at the Wynn Summer Classic now that the calendar has shifted to June.
On Monday, we'll start things off at 11 a.m. local time with Day 1a of one of the biggest events of the summer, and that is the $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em, a tournament with $1.5 million guaranteed. There will be five Day 1 flights running through June 3, with the Day 2 restart scheduled for June 4.
At 1 p.m. today, the 185 players who still have chips in a separate $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em tournament, this one a $1 million guaranteed event that has over $1.4 million in the prize pool, will come back to Wynn Las Vegas for Day 2. Matthew Davenport is holding onto the chip lead in that one.
The $1.5 million guaranteed NLH event will have a second Day 1 starting flight on Monday at 6 p.m.
Stay tuned to PokerNews tomorrow to find out how Monday's action all played out.
