PartyPoker.com is planning to roll out the overhauled version of its online poker software "very soon," an insider at bwin.party told PokerNews on Tuesday. The new client, which was originally expected to launch this spring, has been specifically designed with more social features as part of a new strategy to revitalize PartyPoker as a brand centered around the recreational player.
"We are not only changing the way it looks and feels but also significantly improving the playing experience to one which meets the expectations of the modern digital consumer," the company said in a statement this year.
Some of the highlights of the new PartyPoker.com software include a re-branded racetrack-shaped poker table, a cleaner table menu and a new theme.
Players will also find a new 1-Click lobby (below) which allows them to organize their favorite games — tournament and ring games — all into the same view. Bankroll management concepts and Quick Seat will provide a player with a 1-Click option to open a table.
PartyPoker will be releasing more news about the software overhaul soon. Stay tuned to PokerNews.com for the latest!
