The GSSS II features 69 tournaments in a variety of games, formats, and buy-ins along with $1 million in guaranteed prizes.
The series provides players with a chance at a huge payday regardless of their bankroll. The 69 tournaments are broken out into 23 different tournament types, each with a low, medium, and high buy-in.
For example, the series kicks off with the GSSS #1 Low - $2,500 NLH 6Max tournament for just a $10 buy-in on Jan. 11 at 4:00 pm ET. The GSSS #1 Mid - $15,000 NLH 6Max tournament starts 30 minutes later with a $50 buy-in, and the GSSS #1 High - $75,000 NLH 6Max tournament starts at 5:00 pm ET with a $200 buy-in.
Many New Jersey poker players have already their eyes on the three Main Event tournaments running on Jan. 25. The GSSS #22 Low - $25,000 NLH Main Event - Low tournament starts at 4:30 pm ET with a $50 buy-in, followed by the $200 buy-in GSSS #22 Mid - $150,000 NLH Main Event - Mid ($30,000 GTD for 1st) tournament at 5:00 pm ET. True high rollers will then be able to put their skills to the test in a $1,000 buy-in GSSS #22 High - $75,000 NLH Main Event - High tournament at 5:30 pm ET.
All of the tournaments will give players a chance to enter cheaply with frequently running satellites. Here is a look at the complete GSSS II schedule:
For those of you not aware, New Jersey became the third state to regulate online poker in November 2013 following the heals of Nevada and Delaware. Currently, licensed poker sites in New Jersey include BorgataPoker.com, partypoker NJ, WSOP NJ, and 888poker NJ.
While you must be physically located in New Jersey to play on these sites, players from neighboring states can also take part in the action just by crossing the border.
If you do not already have an account at BorgataPoker.com or partypoker NJ and would like to take part in the GSSS II, just go ahead and create your BorgataPoker.com account or sign-up to partypoker NJ through PokerNews today.
