Australian poker pro James "Andy McLEOD" Obst is no stranger to the Sunday Briefing headlines, and this week he found himself there again after making two major final tables on PokerStars. Obst finished third in both the Sunday 500 and the Sunday $109 Rebuy, pocketing more than $62,000 for his efforts.

Elsewhere on Sunday, Russia's "xKoSSSx" took down the PokerStars Sunday Million outright for $215,794. Alex "Allingomes" Gomes and Chris "annouzac" Annouza also made that final table but bowed out in seventh and eighth place, respectively.

John "kleath" Leathart also landed in the winner's circle after claiming victory in the PokerStars Sunday 2nd Chance.
