Team PokerStars' Kevin Martin Returns to Big Brother Canada

Kevin Martin Big Brother Canada Season 5

Team PokerStars Online member Kevin Martin is back in the Big Brother Canada house!

After appearing in Season 3 of Big Brother Canada, Martin is returning for Season 5 in a competition that is welcoming back some previous house guests.

In Martin’s first appearance on the famous reality show, he kept it secret that he was a poker player, worrying he might be perceived as a threat. Since then, he picked up the PokerStars sponsorship and has become well known in the world of online streaming with his Twitch channel. His poker-based game-theory knowledge will be no secret in the Big Brother house this time.

Martin will enter the house tonight, March 15, as Season 5 of Big Brother Canada kicks off on Global TV at 9 p.m. ET

In Season 3, Martin was poised to make a deep run in the competition but fell to a surprise first triple eviction where he went from Head of Household to packing his bags in the same night. He was the first player in Big Brother Canada’s history to be evicted without receiving any eviction votes against him. He left the house crushed by his misfortune.

He’ll get his second chance starting tonight on Global TV.

Big Brother Canada is a reality game show where contestants live in a home under constant surveillance and isolated from the outside world. They compete for a prize of $100,000 that will go to the last player standing at the end of more than two months in the house.

There will be 16 contestants entering the house tonight playing their way through the social experiment, trying to avoid eviction by fellow house guests.
