Sun, Sea, and Poker at the partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Grand Final
In a little over three weeks, all eyes of the poker world will turn to Barcelona for the partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Grand Final.
With an astonishing €23,000,000 in guarantees, this event will surely draw out the big names from all across the world. PokerNews will be on hand from 9-15 April to bring live coverage of the €10,000,000 guaranteed €10,300 Main Event, as well as the €101,000 Super High Roller and €51,000 Super High Roller, each with €2 million euro guaranteed. PokerNews' live reporting kicks off with coverage of the €51,000 Super High Roller, which will be held on April 9-10. Like every MILLIONS event in Barcelona, this two-day event gives players 1,000,000 in chips to play with. A single reentry is allowed for those that run out of chips to take another crack at the €2,000,000 guaranteed prize pool. Levels will be 30 minutes for the duration of the tournament. While the 50k plays to its conclusion on April 10, the €101,000 Super High Roller will start and follow the same schedule, with the final day scheduled on April 11.
The €10,300 Main Event, sporting a mouthwatering guarantee of €10,000,000, will commence on April 11 at noon with the first of four starting days. Players will once again receive 1,000,000 in chips, and a single reentry is allowed per starting day, allowing players multiple shots at a seven-figure payday. Blinds will be 40 minutes for all Day 1s.
All surviving Day 1 players will come back on Friday, April 13, to play Day 2 together. Blind levels will then escalate to 60 minutes for the remainder of the tournament. The final table of this hallmark event will be on Sunday, April 15.
How to qualify for Barcelona
Every Sunday at 8 p.m. GMT, ten $16,000 packages for the MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona Main Event are up for grabs. A $16,000 package consists of a €10,300 Main Event Buy-In, eight nights (April 8th-16th) accommodation for one person at the Hotel Arts, plus $500 in expenses to experience buzzing Barcelona.
