Women in Poker Hall of Fame Nominations Due March 15

Women in Poker HoF

The Women in Poker Hall of Fame celebrates females who have achieved success in the poker industry. Nominations are currently being accepted for the newest class of the Hall and may be submitted here by the deadline of midnight PST March 15, 2018.

To be eligible, inductees must have been active as a player or industry leader for at least ten years, be at least 35 years old, be a proponent of women in poker, and have contributed to the poker world in some significant way. The latter qualification can include winning major poker tournaments or making significant contributions to the poker industry by other means.

Since its inception in 2008, the WiPHoF has inducted 19 of the most influential ladies in poker, among them: Barbara Enright, Susie Isaacs, Jan Fisher, Jennifer Harman, Kathy Liebert and JJ Liu.

Once the nominees are collected, a voting panel made up of several seasoned media and industry members will determine the most deserving selectees, who will then be announced to the public.

The 2018 Women in Poker HoF Induction Ceremony will take place Tuesday, June 26 at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. More information about the Women in Poker Hall of Fame can be found on their Facebook page, twitter, or by following #womeninpoker.
