Running from Jul. 19-29, the 10-day Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam features nine events with combined guaranteed prize pools of $320,000. Each of the nine events has buy-ins that are at the more affordable end of the spectrum; they range from $120 up to $1,000.
The opening event shuffles up and deals on Jul. 19 and is a $1,000 buy-in Deep Stack High Roller. This tournament guarantees that its champion will return home with no less than $20,000. Win the opening event and you’d have more than enough funds to play in all the remaining events on the schedule, plus plenty of change in your wallet to boot.
While all nine tournaments are worthy of a mention, it is the $600 buy-in Main Event that will capture the imagination of the poker playing public. The 2018 Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam Main Event has an impressive $200,000 guaranteed prize pool, meaning the casino believes at least 363 players will turn out in force.
