888poker Releases Full XL Eclipse Schedule; More Than $1.4M Guaranteed

888poker has released the final schedule of the XL Eclipse festival and it features 11 days of intense poker action and 34 events with combined guaranteed prize pools worth more than $1.4 million.
The XL Eclipse series runs from Sept. 12-22 with each of the 11 days having at least three events scheduled. These three events are split into the standard tournament, which have buy-ins from $109 to $320, a mini edition of the standard event (usually one-tenth of the buy-in) and a late edition whose buy-in is in between the two.
Players can put their poker tournament skills to the test across several formats, including 6-max, 8-max, Deep Stack, and PKO (Progressive Knock-out).
Schedule Highlights
Huge prizes should be on offer in the trio of High Roller events taking place on Sept. 17. There is a $100,000 guaranteed High Roller costing $320 to enter, a $55 buy-in Mini High Roller with $50,000 guaranteed, with night owl’s able to compete for a share of a guaranteed $20,000 in the $109 Late High Roller.
It is the trio of Main Events that have the biggest guarantees with a combined $565,000 guaranteed to be won. Again, these Main Events, like the other XL Eclipse events, have three different buy-ins available. The $250 buy-in XL Eclipse Main Event boasts of a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool. Roman “Romeopro33” Romanovskiy triumphed in this event last year, outlasting 709 opponents on his way to banking $187,500.
Please note: Last year’s XL Eclipse Main Event featured a $1 million guarantee
There is plenty of value to be had in the other two Main Events with the $33 buy-in Mini Main Event seeing at least $50,000 played for and the $5.50 buy-in Micro Main Event having $15,000 guaranteed.
