The Charity Series of Poker (CSOP) offers poker players the chance to compete on the felt for a good cause, and two upcoming CSOP events in Las Vegas are no exception.

The CSOP, created by poker pro Matt Stout, will host "Viva St. Jude" event this Friday, Sept. 26 at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa. It's the biggest CSOP event of the year and is open to the public.

On Friday, the CSOP will host "Viva St. Jude," an event taking place at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa on the western side of Las Vegas. PokerNews will be there to provide social media coverage and to film a segment for a future episode of the PokerNews Podcast, giving those who can't make it an intimate look at what goes down.

This will be an event you don't want to miss as it will award a $10,000 seat to the 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event or a $10,400 seat to the World Poker Tour Championship, both of which are taking place in Las Vegas. There will be other prizes awarded at the final table, as well as prizes for the chip leader at break and the player with the most rebuys.

The tournament, which kicks off at 7 p.m. local time after a 5:30 p.m. cocktail hour, will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a facility dedicated to treating childhood cancers and pediatric diseases.

In addition to benefiting good causes, CSOP gives casual players the chance to play with top pros and celebrities. Those who often turn up to CSOP events include WPT tournament director Matt Savage, bracelet winners Phil Hellmuth, Mike Matusow and Jeff Madsen, content creator Joey Ingram and actress Katie Morgan, in addition to several prominent members of the Las Vegas business community.

Further on the CSOP horizon is a "Bet on a Better Las Vegas" event at The Stirling Club on Oct. 24, which will benefit Junior League Las Vegas.
