Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi Headed to the Bahamas Seeking Seven-Figure Glory

This past summer, Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi had a dozen cashes at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) totaling $11,372,233. That included $1,331,322 for winning the $50,000 Poker Players Championship for a record fourth time, and a smooth $10 million for winning the 2025 WSOP Main Event, a feat that earned him an impromptu induction into the Poker Hall of Fame.
Now, “The Grinder” will head to Atlantis Paradise Island resort in the Bahamas from October 22–26, 2025 for a potential shot at $1,000,000.
“I’ve got the WTOS now. We’ve got to conquer that championship, and then we’ve topped it all off,” Mizrachi recently said on the PokerNews Podcast. “Actually, I’m a big slot machine guy. I love slot machines, and outside of poker, I play a lot of slot machines. But I’m really good at it … I love the venue. I always have a great time. It’s nice for kids, nice for the family. It’s always better in the Bahamas, they say. They couldn’t put it at a more amazing place. It’s a much-needed vacation, so I can’t wait to be there in October.”
The myVIP World Tournament of Slots (WTOS) is bringing together players from around the globe for an epic showdown across four fan-favorite mobile games, myVEGAS Slots, POP! Slots, myKONAMI Slots, and MGM Slots.
Mizrachi has confirmed he will travel to the second edition of the WTOS, where he’ll face off against the newly crowned WTOS world champion. That’s right, immediately after a champion is crowned in the WTOS, they will go head-to-head against the WSOP champ.
However, Mizrachi isn’t coming by himself as he’s bringing “Mama Grinder,” who is an even bigger slot aficionado than he is.
“All she wants to do is play slot machines,” Mizrachi said with a laugh. “So I think this is going to be amazing for her. I get some time off. I get to spend some time with my mom and do what we love to do best, and that’s play slot machines.”
That said, neither Mizrachi nor “Mama Grinder” is being given a seat in the WTOS. On the contrary, they’ll need to win their way in just like everybody else.
"Hopefully, one of us wins one of these tournaments to get in. It’s like the Main Event for slot machines,” he said of the WTOS. “Hopefully I can get into the tournament, or my mom and one of us take it down.”

The WTOS itself will award a $1 million top prize, as 500 players from around the globe compete across a mix of slot games and challenges in what organizers are calling “the most insane odds in gaming.”
Last year’s inaugural WTOS saw Stephanie Hall, a casual player from Idaho, walk away with a seven-figure payday. This year, the tournament returns, once again offering one of 500 players the chance to become a millionaire.
