Big Deal One Drop

The Big Deal for One Drop Charity Poker Tournament, created by Cirque du Soleil and One Drop Foundation founder Guy Laliberté (pictured above with Phil Hellmuth), is back at Resorts World Las Vegas on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, timed to coincide with the high-octane excitement of Formula 1 Race Week on the Las Vegas Strip.

Partnering with Fan Prix, this star-studded event blends poker, philanthropy, and the thrill of motorsport, offering fans and players a one-of-a-kind experience.

The $5,300 buy-in tournament, which is open to the public, directs $1,000 of each entry to the One Drop Foundation, supporting global safe water initiatives, while $4,000 goes to the prize pool. The day kicks off with a welcome reception at 11 a.m. PT, with cards in the air at noon inside the scenic Allē Lounge on 66 at Resorts World.

Celebs, Racing Stars & Poker Legends

The Big Deal brings together celebrities, racing personalities, poker amateurs, and pros for a fun, charity-driven showdown. Phil Hellmuth will emcee the event, while actress Jennifer Tilly returns after a strong 2024 final table run. Racing legend David Coulthard is also confirmed, and an exclusive auction will add even more excitement to the day.

Last year’s field was star-studded, featuring Coulthard, Martin Brundle, Mika Häkkinen, Otmar Szafnauer, and Alex Wurz, alongside poker pros Antonio Esfandiari, Maria Ho, Daniel “Jungleman” Cates, Tony Dunst, Matt Savage, and Jeff Gross. 2024 champion Derek Adamian is expected to return to defend his title, promising another thrilling competition.

Fan Prix Joins the Party

New for 2025, the Big Deal partners with Fan Prix, an interactive festival taking place Nov. 20–22 at The Complex, Resorts World’s outdoor entertainment hub. Fans can enjoy driver meet-and-greets, immersive experiences, and exclusive events like “Romain’s Paddock 28”, hosted by former F1 driver Romain Grosjean. The partnership creates a seamless connection between the thrill of F1 racing and the excitement of charity poker.

A Global Cause

Since 2012, the One Drop Foundation has raised over $26 million to provide sustainable access to safe water worldwide. With 2.2 billion people lacking safe water at home, the foundation continues to make a measurable impact on communities globally.

Carlos Castro, President & CFO of Resorts World Las Vegas, said: “The Big Deal for One Drop made a strong impact during Race Week in 2024. Its return reflects the strength of our partnership with One Drop and the importance of their mission. This event supports a vital cause while adding energy and glamour to F1 Race Week.”

Guy Laliberté added: “We’ve added a prize pool this year, so it’s next-level win-win with Phil Hellmuth, Jennifer Tilly, some poker and racing community friends – all for a great cause. See you on the felt!”
