RGPS Grand Prix Tulsa Will Feature $100,000 Guaranteed Main Event

The RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) Grand Prix continues on with its latest stop that will take the RGPS family back to Hard Rock Tulsa in Oklahoma for the second time this year.

The RGPS Grand Prix Tulsa series takes place Oct. 21-26 and will feature ten ring events across those six days. That includes the $800 buy-in RGPS Grand Prix: Hard Rock Tulsa Main Event, which comes with a $100,000 guarantee attached.

Big Guarantees in Tulsa

Action in Tulsa kicks off on Oct. 21 with a $300 Seniors Ring Event and a $250 Series Opener Ring Event with a $10,000 guarantee attached, as well as a $200 Double Green Chip Bounty Ring Event later that evening.

The next few days will see a two-day a $400 Deepstack Ring Event with a $50,000 guarantee, a $300 One Day NLH Ring Event, a $400 Black Chip Bounty NLH Ring Event and a $400 PLO Ring Event.

Action culminates on Oct. 24 with the $800 Main Event, which offers three starting flights before playing to a winner on Day 2 on Oct. 26. The same day, a $400 One Day NLH Ring Event will close out the series.

Adding further spice to the series, there will also be $100 Flip and Go Ring Events running on demand and finishing with Day 2 on Oct. 24.

Last Time in Tulsa

The RGPS team was in Tulsa earlier this year for the Mission RunGood Tulsa $800 Main Event, which drew 517 runners for a prize pool of $361,900.

Kansas' Brian Craig won the ring and $70,169 top prize as he defeated Oklahoma's Mike Travis during heads-up play.

The final table also included Okies Josh Wyatt (3rd - $34,453) and Michael Cantrelli (4th - $25,695) and Missouri's Ryan Anderson (5th - $19,362).

The RunGood team just finished up a stop in New Orleans that included the RGPS Grand Prix New Orleans $800 Main Event, which saw Jeremy Gaubert winning $45,897.

After wrapping up in Tulsa, the RGPS team will head to Maryland for the RGPS Grand Prix MGM National Harbor series.
