Omar Lakhdari, who has more than $1.8 million in live tournament earnings, shined the most after he finished on top of 480-entrants to win the Unibet Open Paris Main Event for €89,070 ($98,054). This was his largest cash to date until more recently winning the WPTDeepStacks Brussels Main Event earlier this month for €92,000 ($101,387).

While poker is the main reason players come to the Unibet Open, it is by far not the only one. Players get to mingle with the friendly Unibet Open Ambassadors including Charlotte Van Brabander, Espen Jorstad, Dan Murariu, and Ian Simpson. Also battling it out on the felts and hanging out while not playing were Unibet Poker Ambassadors and GPI Global Poker Award-winning The Chip Race Podcast co-hosts David Lappin and Dara O'Kearney.

Qualifiers were treated to something football fans could only dream about with a special Welcome Drinks party in a private function room at the Paris Saint [Removed:361] football stadium.
