WPT Global Gives 40% Rakeback to Players Starting Cash Game Tables

If you are the kind of poker player who doesn't mind playing short-handed cash games, you should check out WPT Global because the online poker giant is offering 40% rakeback via its Table Starter Boost promotion.

Until further notice, WPT Global is awarding 40% rakeback to the first player to sit down at any No-Limit Hold'em or Short Deck cash game table found in the High tab. These games include $25/$50/$100 NLHE or CNY 100/200/400, or CNY 200 Short Deck.

The rakeback is awarded for that player's entire session, with breaks of up to five minutes allowed. There is no cap on how much rakeback you can earn from the Table Starter Promotion, with all rakeback payments landing in your account at 2:00 p.m. CET on Monday.

Forty percent rakeback is huge, but especially so if you play at the stakes that are eligible for the Table Starter Boost promotion.

Don't worry if you don't play Table Starter Boost eligible cash games online at WPT Global because every PLO players automatically received 30% rakeback on their real money play.

100% Cashback Welcome Package Worth Up to $3,000

The cashback is split between poker and casino play:

  • 50% unlocked through poker play
  • 50% unlocked through casino wagering

Poker cashback is released at $1 for every $10 in rake or tournament fees, and players have 60 days to unlock the full amount.

The welcome package may also include, online poker tournament tickets, Global Spins entries and Casino Coin rewards or ticket bundles.

WPT Global Table Starter Boost Terms and Conditions

  • This promotion is available until WPT Global decides to end it.
  • During this promotion, the first player to buy-in to a cash game table and play a hand is deemed the table starter and is paid rakeback for the duration of their session at that table only.
  • The table starter promotion runs on all NLHE and SD cash games. Note: PLO4, PLO5, and Flash games are excluded.
  • Rakeback is only paid to the first player at each table. If players sit out and players who were not the first to sit are then left playing heads-up, they are not the table starter and do not qualify for the rakeback offered in this promotion.
  • If one player remains at a table when all others leave, they will become a table starter when a second player sits in, and play recommences.
  • If all players leave a table, that session is over, and the table starters’ rakeback at that table ends. A new session can start straight away with a new table starter, as soon as two players sit down and start playing.
  • Rakeback is paid based on rake attribution calculation (other poker revenue contributions like feature spend & insurance are not considered).
  • In the rare scenario that 2 players sit down together to start a session, the table starter will be selected at random.
  • If a table starter disconnects, then reconnects and sits back in, or chooses to sit out for a period and sits back in, they lose their table starter status.
  • If a table stater loses all their chips and reloads to continue playing, they maintain their table starter status.
  • Rakeback from this promotion is paid weekly, every Monday at 2 pm CET.
  • Heads-up only tables are excluded from this promotion. Hands played exclusively on heads-up tables will not count toward eligibility, qualification, or rewards.
