Frank Koopmann is a German poker player best known for winning a bracelet at the 2026 World Series of Poker Europe in Prague.

Koopmann secured the title in the €3,300 Pot-Limit Omaha Mixed event (Big O, PLO8, PLO), earning €123,879 after defeating WSOP Player of the Year Shaun Deeb heads-up, with Deeb describing the final hand as "one of the sickest heads-up hands" he has ever seen.

Away from his breakthrough win in Prague, Koopmann has recorded results across major international tours, including the European Poker Tour (EPT) and Aussie Millions.
