Julien Tran is a Vietnamese professional poker player, and ambassador for Natural8.
Tran is feared and respected in equal measure in the Asian poker community, particularly in his native Vietnam, where the bulk of his live poker tournament results stem from. Tran has won more than a dozen live events during his career, including the VSOP Championship VII in Hanoi in March 2023, which came with the equivalent of $46,239.
His largest haul from a single tournament came six days after that aforementioned victory. Tran finished second in the Asian Poker Tour Phu Quoc, Vietnam, and returned home with a career-best $99,453.
Tran's career is accelerating at an alarming pace, and it is a case of when not if he will win a six-figure prize, and spread his wings outside of Asia. Remember the name.
