Alencar Slips a Bit, but Recovers

We caught up with Patricia Alencar who has had a bit of a rough level, losing more than half her stack already since coming back from dinner. In a recent hand she was involved in with one player she managed to recover some of her lost chips.

and there were already roughly 20,000 chips in the pot after a raise and a call preflop. Both players checked to see the

and Alencar's opponent was first to act from the small blind. He put out a bet of 10,000 but Alencar decided to put in a raise. She made it 23,000. Her opponent thought for a while, then eventually decided to fold and that allowed Alencar to take down the pot and recover a few chips.
