Caminita No More!

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Demetrio Caminita
Demetrio Caminita

Demetrio Caminita had been cruising along for some time with half a million, but suddenly he was standing at the payout desk along with Robert Cazali. On the former table of the Italian, Jai Saha was sitting on a massive stack and he had knocked out both.

Caminita raised to 24,000 with {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and Cazali got his last 17,000 in with {a-Spades}{6-Clubs}. Saha reraised to 100,000 with {q-Spades}{q-Hearts} and called the jam of Caminita for half a million to leave his opponent drawing dead on the turn.

Salvatore Camarda doubled twice through Oriol Gregori to suddenly move tables with more than ten times he had not long ago.

Down to 30 Players

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Alexandre Mitjavila Moix
Alexandre Mitjavila Moix

On the outer tables, Pablo Rojas and Oriol Gregori have been eliminated and the live stream action has caught up on the bustout of Alexandre Mitjavila Moix. On a five-way flop of {q-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}, Samuel Hernandez bet 75,000 with the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} and Mitjavila jammed for the last 174,000 with {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}. The call of the chip leader followed.

The {5-Clubs} turn gave Mitjavila some hope, but it was all for nothing as a blank {10-Diamonds} river ended his run.

Rodin and Camarda Eliminated

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Salvatore Camarda
Salvatore Camarda

In the last minutes of the level, another two players were eliminated. First, Sergey Rodin jammed with {6-Spades}{6-Hearts} into the {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} of Ferran Corominas and the board came {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}.

Corominas had previously knocked out Pablo Rojas and jumped above one million.

One table over, Salvatore Camarda jammed for around 300,000 into Tom-Aksel Bedell and the latter quickly called.

"I need a miracle," Camarda said in Italian and tabled the {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs}. Bedell was way ahead with {k-Spades}{k-Hearts} and faded the ace and straight draw of the Italian on a {q-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} board.

Marchetti Jams Up Stack

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Several players are in the danger zone between 10 and 20 big blinds, one of which is Luca Marchetti. He faced a raise to 35,000 by Kully Sidhu and a call by big stack Ferran Corominas. Marchetti jammed for 187,000 and Sidhu folded.

Corominas asked for a count and also released his cards into the muck without using a time bank.

Lazzaretto Bows Out With Queens

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Matteo Lazzaretto
Matteo Lazzaretto

Matteo Lazzaretto had been all in out of the small blind and was called by Henrik Ahlstroem in the big blind and initial raiser Jai Saha. The two remaining active players checked the {10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} turn and Ahlstroem then bet the {9-Clubs} river for 60,000. Saha folded and Ahlstroem rolled over {j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}.

Lazzaretto peeled his cards once more and silently rolled over {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} to hit the rail in 27th place.
