The half-way point has been reached in the flagship event of the 2019 888poker LIVE Bucharest Festival €888 Main Event, which is hosted in cooperation with PokerFest Romania at the stunning five-star Intercontinental Bucharest in the city center of the Romanian capital. Two of the four starting days have already been completed and a field of 200 entries has emerged thus far, of which 63 hopefuls punched their ticket for Day 2 already.
Another two starting days are scheduled to take a shot at the guaranteed prize pool of €300,000, as Day 1c with levels of 40 minutes each gets underway at 1 p.m. local time. An additional satellite is scheduled for 4 p.m. and the turbo heat 1d with 20-minute levels kicks off at 9 p.m. local time to provide the final chance at building up a stack.

For both flights today, the registration and unlimited re-entry period last for the first eight levels and for Day 1c, there will be a 45-minute dinner break after six levels. All participants receive 30,000 in chips and the tournament will be played with the popular big blind ante format and a 30-second shot clock.

Nodea three-bet an open raise by Spanish qualifier Charles Wells to 1,100 and was called. On the flop, Wells checked and folded to a bet worth 1,300 by Nodea.

Ross Archer bet the three-way flop of for 300 and was called only by Cristian Dan on the button. They checked the turn and Archer bet the river for 800. Dan raised to 2,200 and Archer double-checked the board with his sunglasses still on before making the call.
