Victor Caballero opened to 210,000 from under the gun and Tom Orpaz called in the next position.

Oleg Bystrenin then three-bet to 700,000 from the next position over. Caballero then four-bet shoved for 3,500,000. Orpaz shoved for 9,900,000 and Bystrenin called.
