O'Brien Picks Off a Bluff From Dumitra
Level 2
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Five players saw a flop of 8♦6♠Q♥ when Alexandru Dumitra bet 600 from the hijack. Alex O'Brien then raised to 2,600 in the cutoff.
The table folded back to Dumitra who called to see the A♣ turn. O'Brien then bet 2,000 and Dumitra again called.
The river was the A♥ and Dumitra led out for 3,500. O'Brien called and Dumitra showed K♦6♣ for just king-high, while O'Brien had Q♠J♠ as the poker writer took the pot.
