Corion Spikes the River to Double Off O'Brien
Level 6
: Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
With around 6,000 in the pot on a flop of A♦3♥Q♣, Philip Corion bet 2,500 from the hijack and was called by Alex O'Brien in the cutoff and Reza Mostafavita in middle position.
The turn was the 8♣ and Corion bet 7,000. Only O'Brien called this time and the Q♥ fell on the river. Corion then moved all in for 10,500, and O'Brien again called.
Corion showed K♠Q♠ for trip queens, and O'Brien flashed an ace as he mucked. Mostafavita then admitted he also had a queen.
