Holding Makes Correct Laydown

Level 13 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Adam Wilkinson opened to 12,500 from the cutoff. Samuel Holding fired a three-bet to 47,500 from the small blind, which Wilkinson clicked back to 100,000.

After some table talk, Holding folded his 10x10x face-up. Wilkinson said he would "never" show his hand before Wilkinson had folded, but he ended up returning the favor anyway by tabling AxAx, reassuring Holding of his fold.

Rolt Receives Whitehead's Crumbs

Level 12 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Jordan Whitehead shoved his last 35,000 in from the cutoff and was called by Michael Rolt on the button.

Jordan Whitehead: 108 All in
Michael Rolt: A5

Whithead needed runner-runner outs after Rolt flopped two pair on 5A4, and the 10 turn brought an opportunity. The 3 river was not another ten, however, and Whitehead said his goodbyes to the table.

Pearson Chips Up With Quads

Level 12 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Trung Tran was first to act and raised to 12,000. It folded to Matthew Pearson in the big blind, who opted to defend.

Tran fired bets of 15,000 on the Q9Q flop and 31,000 on the 2 turn, both times being check-called by Pearson.

The duo then checked the Q river to showdown. Tran tabled 98 for a full house, but it was not enough against the KQ of Pearson, who had slow-played his trips and made four of a kind on the river.

Wilkinson Annihilates Anghei's Last Chips

Andrei Anghei had opened his button and saw Adam Wilkinson defend his big blind. Anghei continued for 10,000 on the J103 flop, only to be instantly check-raised all-in for about 75,000 by Wilkinson.

Anghei debated for a couple of seconds before he called off the remainder of his chips.

Andrei Anghei: QJ All in
Adam Wilkinson: 103

Angehei's top pair did not improve on the 4 turn or K river, seeing Wilkinson take the pot with two pair.
