With the elimination of William McClure, the remaining nine players were waiting to draw their seats for the final table while action continued on the main feature table.

Simpson continued for 26,000 on the 4♥8♦A♠ flop, and Lyall called. Simpson then moved all in on the Q♥ turn, and Lyall called for his last 226,000.

Lyall showed A♥6♥ for top pair and a flush draw, while Simpson had turned two pair with Q♠8♣. The 7♣ river was no help to Lyall, and he fell on the money bubble.
