Hutchison, Simpson Check Down Scary Board

Dean Hutchison raised to 50,000 in early position and was called by Liam McMurray and Ian Simpson in the blinds.

Hutchison bet 40,000 on the AQJ flop, and only Simpson called. Both players checked down the K turn and 9 river, and Simpson showed KJ for two pair. Hutchison, though, had AQ for aces and queens to win the pot.

Balmforth Picks Up Aces But Can't Tempt Dochery

Docherty then picked up AK and raised to 55,000 in the cutoff. Paul McAulay called in the big blind, and they checked down the Q326J board where McAulay took the pot with 102.

A few hands later, Docherty again opened to 55,000 in early position and Balmforth picked up AA in the cutoff, three-betting to 125,000. Docherty folded A7.
