Day 1b of the $1,650 Ante Up Poker Tour Wild Horse Pass Main Event Begins at 10 a.m.

The centerpiece event of the 2019 Ante Up Poker Tour Winter Classic Series continues today! The $400 Main Event Day 1b kicks off today at 10 a.m. from the Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino, in Chandler, Arizona. The Phoenix-area property, owned by Gila River Hotel and Casinos, is the host of this $100,000 guaranteed tournament.

Day 1b commences today, and is the second of two Day 1 flights. The combined fields of surviving players from Day 1a (35 players) and today's Day 1b flight will come back Saturday for Day 2. and play down to a winner.

The field will start with 20,000 chips and play 30-minute levels, with the blinds starting at 50/100. A big blind ante kicks in at Level 3, (100/200/200).

Players will play through until the field is down to 15 percent of total entries for the flight, with late registration and unlimited re-entry available through the end of the first break (up to the beginning of Level 5). The field will go on 15-minute breaks after every four levels, with a 30-minute dinner break after Level 12.

The tournament allows a maximum of 250 players per flight. A total of 221 entries came through for Day 1a, putting this event well on its way toward surpassing the $100,000 guarantee.
