Some plans have changed. We have just been told that tomorrow will now begin at 2 p.m. and there will only be one Day 2 flight as opposed to two Day 2 flights as originally scheduled. This is because the number of players returning will be small enough to fit into the available space here at SKYCITY Queenstown.

The eventual champion will take home NZ$93,600 and the top 15 players are guaranteed NZ$5,950. Yogo Sent into the Woods

The current ANZ Player of the Year leader Iori Yogo has just been eliminated. All his chips went to Tim Woods. It started with Woods opening the hijack to 500. Yogo made the call from the button and Team PokerStars Pro Bryan Huang called out of the big blind.
The 
flop saw Huang check and Woods lead for 600. Yogo raised it up to 2,000 and Huang quickly folded. Back on Woods and he would raise to 6,000. Yogo then quickly move all in for around 12,000. Woods snapped it off and tabled his 
for the nuts. Yogo held just 
for two-pair. The 
turn and the 
river weren’t what Yogo were looking for and just like that he was sent home.
Woods is now easily the chip leader over Day 1c’s shrinking field.

Handy Win for Huang

Team PokerStars Pro Bryan Huang was under the gun when he opened it up to 500. The action then folded around to current ANZ Player of the Year leader Iori Yogo in the small blind and he made the call. The big blind also called and the dealer turned over a 
flop.
Yogo quickly led for 900 here and the big blind let his cards go. On Huang and he would make the call as the dealer turned over a 
turn. This time Yogo led for 2,000 and Huang again called. The river brought about a and Yogo didn't stop his betting, this time tubling out 4,500.
Faced with another bet and Huang would take his earphones out and focus on the hand. For a moment it looked like he was going to fold, but instead he raised it up to 13,500. This bet was enough to put Yogo in the tank. Yogo didn't look too happy, taking his glasses off and staring intently at both the board and Huang. Eventually Yogo let his cards go and gave Huang a bit of a smirk as he did so.
