Level 10 : 700/1,400, 200 ante

Aussies Keith Walker and Ben Richardson have both recently been spotted exiting the tournament area. There are now 30 players remaining in the ANZPT Queenstown Main Event.

Chon Wins Off Yan

Level 10 : 700/1,400, 200 ante

There was already a {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{9-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} board out on the felt by the time we arrived to find Michael Chon and [Removed:17] involved in a hand. Chon was first to act on the river and bet 7,000 into a pot of over 20,000. Yan thought long and hard about his decision, studying his opponent intently. Eventually Yan made the call and Chon tabled {3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}. That was strong enough to send Yan's cards into the muck and to scoop up the pot.

Kroesen and Raj Battle Out a Flop

Level 10 : 700/1,400, 200 ante

Ricky Kroesen and Raj Ramakrishnan had taken to a {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{q-Spades} flop and Kroesen had led for 3,000. Ramakrishnan then raised it up to 6,500 and the action was back on Kroesen. After just a few moments, Kroesen raised it up once again, this time making it 17,000. Ramrkishnan didn't look excited about Kroesen's bet and eventually opted to let his cards go, sending the pot to Kroesen.

Levy Knocks at Ryall, Concerned About Heart

Level 10 : 700/1,400, 200 ante

"Did i just win a flip? Check my pulse i might have a heart attack!" quipped Daniel Levy following a hand that saw him eliminate Tobin Ryall. The hand in question saw Ryall's short stack in the middle preflop holding {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs} against the {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs} of Levy.

The {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs}{4-Clubs} board was no good for Ryall as he was sent to the rail.

Flushing Holmes

Level 10 : 700/1,400, 200 ante

We didn't catch all the action, but we did see a monster double-up going to Chris Holmes, courtesy of Jonathan Bredin's stack.

Bredin's cards were already in the muck by the time we arrived at the table, while Holmes made the double with his {k-Spades}{5-Spades} on a {4-Hearts}{6-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Spades}{2-Diamonds} board.
