Back for More Snowfest Action in Queenstown

Here we are once again bringing you all the action from the final stop on Season 5 of the Australia New Zealand Poker Tour. Today is time for Day 1b of the NZ$3,000 ANZPT Queenstown Main Event.

Running as the second of three Day 1 flights, we are expecting a solid field similar to yesterday’s 40 entrants. What was originally scheduled for six 60-minute levels was yesterday reduced to just five levels, so it’s going to be another short day at the felt.

There are still plenty of players in town whom have yet to take to the tables of the ANZPT Queenstown Main Event, including Team PokerStars Pros Bryan Huang and Roy Bhasin. We aren’t 100% sure these guys will be in action today, but there will certainly be plenty of other recognisable faces trying their hand at becoming the latest ANZPT champion.

The sun is shining outside, but the air is still icy cold, so we will happily be calling the warmth of the SKYCITY Casino home for the next six hours or so as we bring you all the updates from Day 1b of the ANZPT Queenstown Main Event. Don’t miss it!
