Young checked to Birman who placed out 1,500 in chips and was called by the player in the cut off. Young folded.
The 
completed the board and Birman confidently announced 1,500 once again and tossed in some more chips. His opponent wasn't interested and snap mucked his cards.
Birman now has 18,000 in chips following the hand.
