LuckyShades Broken

With approximately 20,000 chips in the pot on the turn, the board read {K-Hearts} {9-Hearts} {8-Hearts} {5-Clubs} between Tim "LuckyShades" Horan and one other player. Horan moved all in and was met with a call. He held {J-Hearts} {10-Clubs} and was drawing to a lot of outs against his opponent's {K-Diamonds} {K-Spades}.

The river bricked for Horan when the {2-Spades} fell and he exited to the rail.

Wong Rising

Jimmy Wong, who just busted Stewart Scott called an all-in push from Milan Gurung, who was down to his last 5,850. Gurung revealed {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}, and would need help against Wong's {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}.

The board came down {4-Spades}{A-Spades}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}, and Gurung has been eliminated from the tournament. Wong, on the other hand has about 47,000.

Venturini Into Six Figures

An under-the-gun player raised to 1,200. A player in middle position called, the cutoff seat called and Mark Vos called on the button. The small blind then reraised to 6,000. The player under the gun called before the next player made it 17,000. Everyone folded back over to the small blind who had made the first reraise and he moved all in. The only player to call was the player that made it 17,000.

The small blind held {7-Diamonds} {7-Clubs} and the other player, Anthony Venturini, held {J-Clubs} {J-Hearts}.

Vos commented on the hand before the board was run out, saying, "Under the gun said he had nine-nine and middle position said he had nines as well. I folded tens."

The board was then run through {Q-Hearts} {6-Spades} {4-Diamonds} {9-Hearts} {5-Clubs} to give Venturini the win and busting the other player. Venturini moved up to 117,000.

"I guess you both didn't have pocket nines." commented Vos after seeing the nine hit the turn.
