Van Marcus had somehow been crippled but we must be a positive influence as we've since seen him double up twice to get himself back in the game.
The latest double up saw Marcus raise to 13,100 from the hijack position, leaving himself 100 chips behind, with Tom Rafferty reluctantly making the call in the big blind.
The flop fell and, not surprisingly, Rafferty bet 100 to put Marcus all in.

Marcus held the lead through the and put the exclamation point on the hand with the river to double through to nearly 30,000 chips once again.
David Saab has experienced quite the up-and-down day. Most recently, he found himself back down to the 30,000 mark before open-shoving all in from early position holding . An unknown opponent made the call from the button and tabled .
No worries, the man they call "Superman" managed to outrace his opponent's marginally better hand, as the board filled out , giving Saab two pair and new life in the tournament.

It's been a frustrating afternoon for the player who was the chip leader at the start of the day, Kristoffer Myhre. His stack has ever so slowly dwindled away. But after a recent elimination Myhre has fresh life.
We don't know what the first raise and re-raise were preflop. We do know that Myhre put in the first raise, and then the third raise to 71,000, a raise that covered his opponent. His opponent tanked for a while and then called.

"Queen-jack?" said another player at the table. "Wow!"
The flop brought two hearts, , taking away one of Myhre's opponent's outs. He was eliminated from the tournament after running clubs, and .
"Nice hand," he told Myhre. "I really thought you'd do that with any two cards."
After he departed the table, Theo Tran gave his own analysis.
"He out-thought himself. Even if [Myhre] is making a move, he's still behind king-four. Queen-jack? Even ElkY folds that."
"I fold, I fold," Bertrand 'Elky' Grospellier agreed.
